Graphical user interface

Two simple graphical user interfaces (GUI) can be launched with the commands fluidimviewer and fluidimlauncher.

This sub-package contains the code for the fluidimage GUI:

base_matplotlib	Base class using matplotlib widgets
imviewer	Simple viewer adapted for fluid images (fluidimage.gui.imviewer)
launcher	Topology launcher (fluidimage.gui.launcher)
pg_main	PyQtGraph app which opens a single image or multiple images in separate docks / as a slideshow.
piv_viewer	PIV viewer
